president & Founder
A specialty floor and wall contractor in South Florida since 1984, Eloise Gonzalez is a native of Miami, and a pioneer in South Florida’s movement to secure Construction dollars to Women Entrepreneurs.
She is one of the founding members of Miami Dade County’s Community Small Business Enterprise Program where she served on the Advisory Board for over 15 years.
Ms. Gonzalez attended Miami Dade College. After earning a degree in Building Construction, she started CIC Corp during her Junior Year at the University of Miami, where she graduated with a degree in Business Administration.
Ms. Gonzalez has been involved in landmark projects such as the American Airlines Arena, CocoWalk and the Performing Arts Center. She was also involved in the Miami International Airport North Terminal (the largest Airport project in the world), Lawson Courthouse, the MIA Mover and the Marlins Stadium. However, the reconstruction of Haiti’s Airport, within weeks after the devastating earthquake, is her badge of honor.
Ms. Gonzalez was inducted into the Miami Dade College Hall of Fame in 2010. She has been an EO Entrepreneur Organization member since 2000 and has chaired and mentored its Accelerator Program since its inception. She is also a member of The Commonwealth Institute and a board member of the Miami Dade College Idea Center.
Ms. Gonzalez lives in Miami and is the proud mother of two grown children - Frank, her business partner, and Ledah, a law school student.

Francisco Geller is the Vice President of CIC Corp and is responsible for the operations of the corporation, its finances, as well as its policies and procedures. Mr. Geller joined the company in 2016 after working in finance at HSBC Bank in New York, NY. Growing up surrounded by the Miami construction industry, Francisco always knew that he would one day become an integral part of the family business. Francisco brought his New York work ethic and financial acumen to CIC with the objective to propel the company forward alongside his business partner and mother, Eloise. He is proud to be a young contractor and small business operator.
